Exporting Troubleshooting Records

To submit a troubleshooting record to the CDC you can export the record as PDF.

Click the Records tab for the location containing the record.

Click Download to in the list of records to open a PDF file in a new tab in your browser. This file is presented according to the VFC program's suggested layout for vaccine storage troubleshooting records.

You can save this report, print it, or email it as required.
